Swati Garg, Founder and CEO

Swati Garg is a female serial entrepreneur who started her first venture in 2016 when she brought to life her vision of Melo Associates, the ultimate hiring hub specializing in Revenue Protection and Expansion roles. In alignment with her emphasis in Customer Success, she also co-founded CuSP: A Chicago Customer Success Community, designed to build a robust Customer Success community through knowledge sharing, networking, and regular meetups.

Swati, individually and on behalf of Melo Associates, has been highlighted across multiple platforms including being named one of SmartKarrot’s Top 50 Customer Success Influencers, one of USA Today’s Top 10 Recruiting Experts, was featured in Yahoo!
